I must be lacking some vitamin or something. My hands and feet are so cold. Right now my fingers feel like ice cubes. even when I wear gloves, they're still froze.

You're lacking weight! Get a gut damn you! Believe me fat people are not only jolly we are ALWAYS warm too!

Try a hot bath that usually warms up my wife to the bone!

maybe eat more ''red meat'' like beef will help,..u r probably anemic..so u fill cold for ur hands and feet...or maybe wear more clothes!

maybe check ur blood pressure, if they are lower than normal 120/80..or if u looks paler,..or if u suddenly rise from the layin position and u feel fainting. These are all the signs for anemic

just takes some vitamins or red meats (for iron)..these may help

Water.

Dehydration decreases the body's ability to moderate its temperature. People usually think of dehydration as a hot weather thing associated with heat stroke, but it's also quite common in colder weather.

you may need to take a multi vitamin each day to fill all your lacking voids. Or go see your doctor to get a fix on the possible problem.

There is something called Reynaulds disease (not sure how you spell it) which causes these symptoms. My daughter has it, she just wears bedsocks and gloves a lot.
