Oh yeah! The number of runs scored in that ball by him will count. For example, if the batsman was run out taking the third run, two runs are awarded to him, and then he is declared out. So, as a result, after taking the four overthrows, even if the batsman gets out, then the batsman will be credited with those 4 runs.

Yes, every run that he completes is awarded to him, even if it came through an overthrow.
If he took 4 because the ball went to the boudary through an overthrow then obviously he cant be run out!
And if you meant he got runout while taking the 4th run through an overthrow then, he will be awarded 3 runs!

yes every run competed through running whether for the shot or for overthrow is awarded to the batsman. In fact every run whether one, two, three, four or five competed by the batsman before getting run out is awarded to him.
