It's simple. All you do is win the Chicken Competition, the one where you fight other chickens, and your chicken will lay golden eggs from theron out.

You need to fight in the chicken competition with a really happy chicken one that has lots of hearts. win the competition keep it happy and it will lay golden eggs. same with other animals for golden milk and wool.
