is this typical of a man with moon in cancer? we have only known each other for a few days and have talked a lot, we feel like we are the same person at times, it's strange...but he has become emotionally attached already, and gets jealous/needy for attention. is this typical for this placement?
his sun is capricorn (my sun is in capricorn, too..moon in sag. ) and his venus is in sag., so maybe it's the venus-moon conjunction that's making him come on so strong? or could it be his mars in aries??
i like him, but i'm just surprised by his enthusiasm and attachment at such an early point.

Yes. Cancer Sun or Moon will do that. You have to be careful when getting involved with Cancer men. Not to say you shouldn't be involved. However, they can first seem very loving and sweet and later they can be possessive and clingy. I was married to a Cancer and when I divorced, well let's just say he will never forgive me. I left him because he was far too possessive and jealous. If you have children with one and divorce, be prepared to fight. Our kids avoid their dad because he's very controlling. So, be careful. Remember OJ Simpson was a Cancer too... "Sometimes" they can be a wolf in sheeps clothing. Too nice, too soon can definitely mean trouble down the road if you want out of the relationship. I give this 10 hugs! ma wrote one the other day that spoke to me on an intuitive level. Deep as if connected I felt her poem. I know this poem and wish I could have come up with the tools you used to deliver it- I love the way you chose the dictionary, calendar, well meaning and future hope. I really don't think some people will ever feel the realization of deeper understanding. This leaves me with remembering the grief that I am truly alone because nothing and no one can at times make it better. My spirituality is the only porthole and even then because I am not perfect, I doubt. I know I've "gone off" from where this lead but lol that is me. BTW- Love the last line so very much.

This is not a difficult thing to understand if you know about the elements. Water wants affection, Earth wants order. he's a double cardinal? Sun in Cap Moon In Cancer. His heart is in a tug of war between home and Employment. He wants to make sure you protect his comfort zone while he works hard to provide for it. Capricorns worry and Cancers worry.

The first thing I noticed is that he exerts his Moon and Venus/Mars energies quite differently because of the placements in Water and Fire elements respectively.
The problem is his emotional needs (Moon in Cancer) don't reconcile with how he goes about getting what he wants (Mars in Aries). These energies are somewhat at odds with each other as they form a difficult 'square' on the zodiac wheel.

moon in cancer are people who can be very difficult to deal with. when you are an Air or fire sign because the cancer moon tend to be very very emotional, they close themselves in the bedroom when they are hurt. they also tend to hold pain for very very long time and that's not good. but that's who they are and you have to be very i mean very patient with them. You can start talking to them a little by little and they might open up to you.

thats how they are...its a deep water sign and hes good with pisces....you are alot better with taurus.
