There is a lot of noise around them.
They have lost control while angry.
They are surprised.
They are scared.
They are elated.
They are saying from far away -
"HI MIC!!!! HOW ARE YOU?"

I really cant shout all that much, I have lost my voice so many times and had my eardrums rupture that I am 30% deaf and I can only be loud a little bit then I have to relax or I will lose my voice again...if it keeps happening I will be mute also...maybe that would be a blessing, but that is the jist of the matter, that is why I love to type/write on the computer.

I heard this tale of Buddha before. that's genuine that if one does no longer get offended, someone who had to grant anger would in easy words experience pissed off and offended. in actuality, maximum persons would react and a conflict of words takes position. Then are confrontations meaningless? human being reacts in circumstances at the same time as he will be harmed by technique of the undesirable words of the guy. this would politically isolate him or reason to lack of appreciate or maybe wealth. Mature human beings do not get offended for no longer something. Knowingly or unknowingly they stick with Buddha's this declaring. I disbelieve that all and multiple confrontations are meaningless.

usually when they are angry...or just plainly want attention
but a person should never shout no matter the case. only time to shout if there shouting for help <3
