I can't live with my looks. It is unbearable. I've been called "dog, and monster" If you saw me you would be appalled. This is not a joke.

I have never met someone that didn't have at least 1 feature to them that was somewhat attractive. I doubt your that bad. People can be very shallow. I think you should pray to God to have more confidence in your self. You don't need to depend on your looks to make it in this world...i'll pray for you...

The girl above me is right. He can't change you, you need to do that. but God can certainly help.

This reminds me of one of those questions my grandmother would handle very carefully. Grandma Dovie would have said God has a plan for us and will guide you in his own time when he is ready -- and to stop being impatient. Now, we have moved into the 21st century.

Questions to ask yourself: 1. What are the things I can change such as hair, clothes, make-up and other features that are not permanent? 2. Is there someone you can talk to about it in your family who would be helpful ( helpful = not sarcasticly critical, willing to give time, )

Now, here is the tough one, can you afford a make-over? Usually a bit expensive, but if a professional is helping out consider all the advise they give you and go with the advice with which you feel comfortable. If you can't afford it all at once, try booking two half-day appointments a month apart.

Please pay no attention to the 'dog and monster' types. They probably have something about themselves that is not very pretty. My sister was a 'dog.' Now she has a fantastic husband, beautiful house, fantastic hair, way too many shoes and lives a pretty wonderful life. With kind regards.....Finn.

Now you've been called SWEETHEART Cindy. God can change your physical appearance darlin but He isn't going to.
For Him that is not what will impress Him. What He sees is your soul. That's where the beauty to Him is. Live as He wants you to and come the day of your Resurrection? Sweetheart you are going to look stunning!!!! He will transform your voice to gold chimes in whispering winds and the songs you can sing will fill His heart with angelic joy. He will make you so beautiful. So beautiful.
And the heck with what any man or woman says about you. They are probably repeating the words of some other fool.
Give all your regard to God and He will change your appearance far more that you could ever imagine.
But unless you have the faith of a mustard seed, I don't know that He will do it in the here and now.
But I wish I could give you one of His hugs right now because your question sounds like you need one.
Take care sweetheart. And God bless.

I'm really sorry you feel that way about yourself, but there are always things you can do to improve your looks. What are the specific things you dislike about yourself? Are there things that could be worked on like skin tone and quality, fitness, weight, your hair or teeth? Maybe instead of feeling so overwhelmed and appalled by the way you look as a whole you should try concentrating on improving one thing at a time over a schedule.

If you really feel that strongly though surgery might be an option, although maybe the first thing you should think about is some counseling to help improve your self esteem. I know some truly unattractive people who are still popular and well-liked as well as in happy relationships thanks to their warm personality and self-confidence.

I am so sorry you feel that way about your looks, and, worse, that anyone has called you those names. I do think that, these days, if God has a hand in changing your looks, it will be to give you the wherewithal to go to a plastic surgeon and see what can be done. It may even be a simple procedure. You may want to research surgeons in your area, see what kind of costs this incurs, and then save up and go for it. God can at least help you through that, if God is who you are counting on, because your faith in him will carry you through each phase that may be required, from saving money on...
Best of luck with all of this. I'm sure you are not a dog or a monster, so just stop that kind of self-talk, okay? Okay!

I am a person from India. In tamilnadu, there is film director called T Rajendar. When he was on his col, he didn't have money for shaving. He hailed from a poor family. He used to use old blades for shaving. His grandma used to tell that it looks like monkey. He left shaving his beard from then on. He then struggled hard to come into film industry and now he is rated as one of the best directors. He is blessed with two sons and one daughter. His son is a popular actor. C... facials alone will not take you to greater heights. God has sent you to this world with this mask. Try making wonderful things out of that. Dont feel sad. Have an extrovert thinking.

"Inner beauty," "character," and other good platitudes.
God bless you.

The work necessary for any miracle is either God's grace and/or man's preparation.

For physical change, there would be a great deal of spiritual grace or work. About 70 amazing miracles of physical change are well-documented, among the 1000s at Lourdes.

You could try calling toll-free 1-800-232-6459 of http://www.family.org with their trained counselors, and tell your story. They will be able to suggest local doctors and counselors in your area, who in turn could help with possible makeovers, surgeries, counselilngs, etc. Strongly recommended.

Woiuld suggest Martha Beck's "Expecting Adam," about her young son Adam. If you have dreams about your feelings, "Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton. Also, "Harmony and Health," O. M. Aivanhov, and "The Beautiful Story of a Master," Louise-Marie Frenette.

best regards, cordially,

j.

What a question.. Of course God can do anything..
He gave you the ability to use the Internet and post such a question.. He also gave you the potential to defend yourself against other people who name you "dog" or "monster"..
Some of most famous and respectful people were having physical problems.. Their internal beauty and self confidence is what made other people respect them..

Never under-estimate yourself..

God can never change your physical appearance.Only humans like cosmetic doctors can help you. God can provide you the wisdom of discernment if you intend to have your physical appearance have a general make-over!
