Lol cindy I think we're talking about two different names.
Taisia in Russian is pronounced Ta- i - si- ya.

It seems you like Russian names - beautiful choices!
My favorite is Nadezhda, but you might consider the more familiar forms:
Nadya
Nadia (my favorite form)
Nadja
Nada (though too often confused with the Spanish word that means "nothing")
Naja
Nadine (French elaborated form, and my middle name ;)

Wow, quite exotic! I kinda like Taisia, while Nina is the most familiar 2 me. & isn't Raisa the name of Mikail Gorbachev's wife?

Nina is the only one that I have ever heard of. The others would be very difficult for anyone to attempt to spell or pronounce.

I like the name Raisa; other Russian names I like for girls is Ivanna, Jelena and Lara.

Taisia if it is pronounced Tay-zee-ah. Nina is okay but I like Neela better
