i dnt live a healthy life
i start my day w/skimmed milk & ciggie
i only eat crackers & tea d whole day
i eat dinner
i smoke
i exercise 4 15 mins
i sleep 6 - 7 hrs

Yes, but not always by choice.... I am intolerant to a lot of foods so I can't have sugar, dairy products, fruits, acidic food and spices....Plus I don't tolerate high fat food very well.... What is left??
I eat mostly rice and other cereals, pasta, grilled or baked meat (low fat) and vegetables...
And I swim 1 mile twice a week.

I eat Kellogg's Komplete 3 times a day. Lift weights, go jogging every time I can and,. most specially, I try and have as much sex as possible.
