Gerald McCann, serial child neglector, tennis player, jogger, blogger and MAIN SUSPECT, today returns to his day job. Over the last 6 months, Gerald has relaxed with an extended 4 month holiday in the sun, until rumbled by Police and sent packing, and a further two months at home 'mowing the lawn'. During that time Gerald and his accomplice of neglect have met celebrities and been treated like celebrities with accolades from Britains finest. Gerald while on unpaid leave has had no money fears with the holiday, mortgage and expenses paid out of the fund, and expensive lawyers and PR men paid by his rich friends.

What next for Gerald ?

I wonder if the hospital he works in is cleaned as thoroughly as the flat that Madeleine went missing from/died in that was cleaned the following morning at the request of the McCanns, thereby destroying any evidence

kinda a coincidence that just after using the fund to pay their mortgage comes to light, Gerald is ready to start working again....
I know I'm a little cynical at times, but come on

whats next? well depending on what evidence they can find I guess will determine his fate.
Hopefully all truths will come to light.

I still think there is something weird in this case

WHO CARES!!!

Let's just hope their other kids are taken off them and given to people who would love to have children but can't for any reason.

The McCann's don't deserve to have children the way that they treat them.

Whether guilty of murdering Maddie or not, (I believe they were in on the whole thing!) they are most definately guilty of child neglect and should be imprisoned for what they have done.

Adam,

Gerry McCann to go back to work would suffice. The rest of your post is yet another attack on Gerry's Character.

Gerry worked hard all his life to help people like you, and he contributed very hard to the advancement of science.http://mi.lib.bioinfo.pl/auth:McCann,GP

He has done a mammoth work in the search for his daughter and he and Kate will not stop until they find her

Tut Tut
I really fear for certain degenerate values and personal attributes passed on to the next generation- We are failing our children and future generations and that is NEGLECT

How else will he make a living? Sheesh . . . you have a problem with him working, and you have a problem with him using the fund; he can't win! What do you want the family to do, starve?

I think what is next for Gerald McCann is a move into private practice and a change of name - if he remains at large for neglect...

Divorce perhaps and then the directors of the fund will have some hard decisions:-)

Hopefully Madeleine will be found soon and people will be brought to justice.

Relaxed? Somehow I don't think that's the correct word. You haven't once mentioned their missing child.
Btu I'm glad he's back at work. Not only for his own mental health, but because he can now pay his own bills. This appears to matter very much to the easily outraged.
