One time there was an auto accident in my neighbor's yard. They lived on the corner lot. As an EMT, I ran out to help the victims. There were 3 kids, a woman, and a male driver. The children were killed instantly. The woman had broken limbs, and the man's forehead was smashed in. I had to prevent him from bleeding to death before the ambulance arrived. That made me rather ill, but I didn't feel faint until after the bodies were taken a way.

Not grossed out but felt light headed a few times since my job required lots of time in the OR in various hospitals.
As you already know too, sometimes you see things that people regularly dont see in their daily lives such as a throbbing heart in an open chest....

I discovered a body in the park once, someone homeless hadn't made it through the night. I don't faint unless I stand up too quickly, but that disturbed me seriously for several days.
