No childhood is complete without playing in mud, bare-footed for extra fun. If you roll in it, all the better. Only the very rich stuck-up kids would stay away, secretly wanting all that fun, but scared to spoil their rich clothes and get scolded at home.
No toys, however expensive, can give such pleasure as getting soiled all over in mud. I've seen pure ecstasy in the faces of teenagers playing football in rains and getting slathered in mud upto their ears. Being Mom to two of those I know it is a task to wash their clothes but I'll never think of denying them the pleasure...

Of course! It's like a pre-requisite of childhood. I even have this picture of myself, I'm about 2 or 3, and all I'm wearing is a pair of underwear. You can't really tell though, because I am sitting in a huge mud puddle and covered in mud from head to toe. I looked like a huge chocolate bar. A mud pies were fun to make, too.

do you opt for a great relatives? I in no way wanted a extensive relatives, I actual have 4 toddlers and that i'm getting reactions from some human beings like i had 14! lol this is surprising what some human beings evaluate "extensive". How enormous is 'sufficient'? for me...3 became sufficient, yet one snuck in there...LOL he's lovable even with the undeniable fact that so i think of we are going to save 'em. What could i call them? nicely..they *are* named Kyle David, Brandon JonGuard, Delaney Josephine and Hayden Ronald. they're named for relatives. in simple terms theory i could upload...i swore i could in no way force a mini van too, yet there is not any way that 4 little ones will slot in an SUV very surely esp once you're coping with booster chairs. and as nicely, mini trucks are a helluva lot safer than SUVs...my little ones protection is greater significant than my arrogance. and that i individually dislike the coverage expenses on SUVs as nicely. I rock my minivan LOL (this is not undesirable looking the two a 2004 Nissan Quest V6), ill be upgrading in 2010 even with the undeniable fact that :) the two oldest are teen and tween so momma gets her relaxing wheels in a year.

Not really on purpose. We used to go over to the playground and crawled through a hole in the fence to get there. We always got muddy going through that hole. And we loved to play baseball in the rain because sliding into home in the mud was fun. So we didnt go out looking to play in the mud, but we always seemed to get really dirty while playing. My daughter likes to go out and jump in mud puddles. Makes for a hard time cleaning clothes but shes only going to be a kid once so I let her have fun.

No, I never played or even touched mud. One of my classmates, a tomboy, loved playing in mud, specifically with soccer to. Her parent's often hated her to play, so she often borrowed her best friends clothes, regardless whether or not for boys only.
