Tough but good question. I would say Mo is.

He shoots better from both the field and FT line. He has a good outside shot 'cause he can hit an occasional trey. He scores more and will get more rpg. He only comes 1.8 apg shorter (6.1) than TJ (7.9) did last season. They are the same in spg, bpg, and t/o. They are both young with room to grow but at this point I would choose Mo.

Mo William is a more well-rounded basketball player. He is a scoring point guard who does a little bit of everything (shoot the 3-ball, get rebounds, assists, and steals). T.J. Ford is more of a pure point guard, a better distributor, and a quicker defender. He's great at getting assists and steals but has a questionable outside shot. Both players have their pros and cons so it just depends on whether you're looking for a pure point guard or a scoring combo point guard.
