Most people keep it to themselves. We don't really like talking or sharing about problems I guess. So many just put on an act in front of others.

In a larger way,the problems not only existing but also created by human desires is majorily responsible for the world to keep going. If there were no problems, this world would come to a stand still.

Its because only the person having the problem cares about it. Others are indulged in their own problems. Once if the problem is flashed out like that to others the person with problem will know that the world will stop for him.
If his problem is solved - the world is waiting for him.
If his problem is made a big problem - the world stops abruptly that is he dies.

The world revolves on its own axis not around people. The world orbits the Sun, not the lives of people. This world existed long before humans came into being and I suppose it will continue long after they are gone.

When the train is going it doesent care about the lifes of the people inside it, it just goes, and at one station some people get off and some people come in.
Same Concept with life.
