Bernie Federko played 13 seasons in St. Louis. Also holds the team record for games played, assists, points, and points/game.

Jamal Mayers has been a full time Blue since the '99-'00 season.

If you meant all-time, I think it's Bernie Federko who spent 12 full, consecutives season in St. Loo.

EDIT: J33, if you noticed, I qualified the date with 'full time'. In the years before '99, Mayers' stay in St. Louis was interrupted by stints in the minors.
