First to avoid misunderstandings, the laws are national laws. So it's not just legal in Amsterdam but in the whole of the country.
As mentioned by the others, there is prostitution which is legal. Another thing I can think of is same-sex marriage with recognition as a full legal marriage.
And while I'm not sure I think the laws on what can and can not be shown in the media (especially on the subject of nudity) are different. I don't have the details on that so I'm not sure if this is law regulated or in another way.
Three more I just thought of. Minimal age for:
Buying alcohol (wine and beer): 16 (US -21)
Buying liquor: 18 (US -21)
Buying tabacco: 16 (US - 18)
And to accentuate once more: drugs, including softdrugs are NOT legal in the Netherlands. But use is not prosecuted under certain conditions.

From information I had from a net friend in England, it would
be prostitution. It is legal there and the government regulates
their businesses I understand. They have a health code and
have to see doctors often and everything is under a more
watchful eye. It is a popular destination, I'm told, for young
men who've graduated from highschool or college to go there
for celebration.
Prostitution is illegal in the states. However there are crime
lords who supervise their prostitution businesses, and highly
benefit from their customer accounts.

Prostitution. Despite what everyone believes ( and abundant evidence to the contrary;) drugs are NOT "legal" in Holland. They are tolerated and decriminalized for personal amounts of soft drugs, but if they really wanted to, the police could arrest you for a joint.
