Look İm new in this school and theres this guy who doesnt stop bugging me, seriously, it's annoying. He tells jokes and acts stupid, and he asks me if i hate him or not, he doesnt go away, and when i look at him he always sees me, why does he do that ?!!!!!

Not to answer a question with a question but why look @ him at all if he's so stupid? You're the new girl. He probably made a bet with the other guys that he would be the first to hit it with the new chick. Is that so bad? Fresh meat for the grinder you know? guess he is attracted to you. distance yourself. if it doesn't stop (it being more than looking at you such as asking you things like that), tell the teacher or principal. tell him he is not funny to you.
