btw, this is NOT a self-pity question! just asking how people deal.

i deal or i at least try to deal through anything that is near me.....i need an outlet for the frustration at the moment......like i will listen to music, watch some television, go out and do something, anything at all basically......just anything that will allow me to get my mind off of what is bothering me at the moment.....

Isolate them and deal with them,

Theres none without some sorta trouble, But I am never bogged down by them, I dont go into a shell,. neither do i worry,

By Gods Grace trouble, financial, social, medical or anyother is just a passing trilfle, Be done with it and ready for the Next....LOL

Life is hard. I work a lot and make real good money so most of the troubles. Don't hit me. But I work on the ones that do and keep my head up.

I just find a way. Lost my man when he left me, my home, my friend in a car wreck, and my job this year. I can live with out a man, I found a new home, I mourn for my friend and I am looking for a new job. I carry on, which is all I can do. I pray for the strength to do so.

i keep it to myself but get help from others without looking like the pity-me-pity-me type... i make othere happy and i don't want them to suffer because of my problems... it just feels nice to make people smile :) makes me feel somehow needed :) i also pamper myself by movies, ice cream, and fun stuff to do :) in general, i smile at them hahaha :) i think i'm bigger than my worries :) hahaha :) i know one way or another i'll get by, and if i don't, i'll be there laughing hehehe :) gosh, i'm overflowing with optimism am i not? :) have a great day! :)

Sometimes I shop to deal with it. I also exercise because it causes you to be less stressful and be a lot happier. Usually I just think about other things to get it off my mind.

With the book "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens." It sounds dumb, but it's cool and teaches you about how to change your perception about things.

I think back to worse times and remember that I got through it,and that things eventually get better. Than I think to myself you must endure the hard times to make the good times good.
