hey i have a bit of time for this one ok:

in phisics i think it is (not shour im in grade 9)the letter "e" is used for electrisity whitch is a form of power and "v" in roman numerals is "5" so if you switch the "e" &the"v" to make "iev" and useing the theory from before it would read "1" to the "power" of "5" soooo that also says "1" is "5 "

and to the person from before i do not have OCD i have ADD lol hehe and i do not have enuf time on my hands lol plz respond still!!!^v^

It's called five, but it is actually six, because we had 1 to 9 before we had zero.

logical flaw 5 is not spelled the same way in all languages.
In fact the English where late in getting to the number system.

So look up how to spell 5 in Babylonian or earlier language and re-think the idea. Still an interesting twist on thought.

That's a very thoughtful question, and i agree, however the number one has the letter o and that looks like a "0" so 0+0=10! so i believe u can apply ur theory to any number !!

im sorry to say that i dont agree because i think the number 5 really is the number five not just the number one in disguise. with your theory, why would you want to take away the f & when you do you find ive the i you turned to a one but what happens to the v and e do they just get disowned?

why would you want to remove the letter F and create all that confusion ? Just leave the system as is or I will be all confused about my age, street address, telephone number, and how much I should pay if the bill is FIVE dollars.

MmmHmm

I see, you suggest that the "letter" I, as it is known from the "their is no I in We" statement, you suggest that it is really the "number" 1?

Well then that would say "I" am number 1

Yes, you are right!

Because I am number 1.

Brilliant girl!

but if you remove the letter "f", then you would not have 5. but since five rhymes with hive, you may be on to what's killing all the bees.
