Last semester I took an awesome history class that I really enjoyed. that class was required as one of the humanities courses we had to take to transfer/graduate. anyways I want to take the continuation course for that class but I don't know if i should get a grade (i got an A last time) or go for credit/nocredit since its not required that i take 2 American History classes...

does it look bad on your transcript if you do credit/no credit? or do other colleges just not care?

Thanks in advance :)

if it is in your MAJOR field of study, ALWAYS take the course for a grade. Otherwise, if you feel you are weak in this subject and may only barely pass this course, go as pass/fail.

It would really depend where you are transferring. If it is somewhere more competitive in admissions, take the class for a grade.
