Clean up the temporary Internet files then try restoring your computer to previous dates. This will restart your computer and once the virus update automatically run, then scan for viruses. Once the virus is identified delete it or place it in the virus vault. This Trojan is prevented to come in again in your PC.
I hope this will help.
I think some virus and Trojan can be removed in this manner.
This was what I did to remove when I encountered a pop up Trojan which appears at start up.

Here is a list of some free ANTI-SPYWARE programs.
Adaware is probably the most popular. I suggest using the spyware doctor in the Google Pack

Anti-Spyware for a cost.
Personally I bought Webroot's Spysweeper, their product is great and well worth the money. Watch Best Buy ads because sometimes it goes on sale for $10 to $15.

That is associated with a Smitfraud infection, can be a tough one, but, this should remove it. Sometimes more work is needed in removing deeply entrenched spywares. See how this goes.
Download, install, Update and run-
Superantispyware

That should do it.

Use protection,
your computer will thank you.
