I really need to go on birth control, however I am nervous about weight gain. Is there a pill that is known to not have this side effect?

YES! Don't have sex. Guaranteed. You won't get pregnant. You won't get any STD's, you won't get HIV.
And you won't gain weight if you maintain a balanced diet and exercise regularly.

Yes.

I'm on Kariva (pill) and have NOT gained any weight or had ANY side affects.

I've been on it for almost two years.

Just an FYI, every pill works differently for women. I may have no issues with Kariva, but someone else may have issues with it.

You'll need to experiment to see which one works for you.

Also, on the pill you do not gain a huge amount of weight. Maybe 1-5 lbs, not much.

well ive been on birthcontrol for 12 years, and i didnt notice any weight gain when i started taking them. Think about it this way, would you rather gain a couple of pounds or a have a baby?
