Multi National companies don't recruit without an interview per say, they would have inconspicuous scouts, used strictly for recruiting purposes, in various countries. It just appears that they are not interviewing. It's not what you know, but who or whom.............. :-)

Beware of such companies, mainly africa - nigeria based, who will shower you with huge - too good to be true - offers. then they ask you to apply for a work permit , at your cost, and give you a contact person who will help you procure one.- at a huge fee - of course. thats what they are after.

I thought all jobs had to be advertised. (UK). Of course that doesn't mean the job won't go to one of the 'boys'
