probably 16, but a way to get around it is take a neighbor child or family member and just blame it on them when explaining to people why you are trick or treating at your age. "I had to take my neice so I thought I'd dress up too". Always worked for me.

I'll be 19 next year, and I'll probably go trick or treating. Since I look a bit young for my age, I think I can get away with it.
