my final trick or treat year was when i was 12 that year i went to a different neighborhood and trickortreated with my best friend and her dad was like a watchout for us. OMG he made us like walk 5 miles. we had a pillow sack of candy when we were done and it was 10:00 at night. The oddest thing i got was a regular size cheezets box from a guy. he like dumped half of his bowl of candy into my bag and the other half into my friend's bag.

When I was, around 10 years old, me and my brother and sister went around the neighborhood. It was getting late, and we went up to this one house and knocked. A guy in his mid-30's answered the door and looked at us really surprised. He had forgotten it was Halloween and didn't have any candy to give us, so he had us wait at the door while he went into the house to "go get something." He came back with spare change. He gave me like, 8 cents, my sister a quarter, and my brother a couple nickels. He actually told us "Happy Halloween" and shut the door in our faces.

A little bag with a penny and a piece of paper that said Jesus Loves You. Also some lady was handing out apples and toothbrushes. I took my daughter to her great grandparents tonight and they were handing out 90 calorie granola bars. And I was like "WHAT IN THE WORLD"?

One elderly woman told me to open the bag wide and she took a box of Life cereal and poured a little into my bag. Once a man gave us a handful of nickles each which was pretty cool. Have a great weekend!

Someone was handing out 1/2 lb Hershey bars tonight... My daughter got one and said I can have any of her candy except that.

a Hershey bar with a razor blade in it. this was back in the 60's so it went under the radar. we pretty much knew which old man did it, but the cops came, questioned him, and left.

the old popcorn balls were always tossed away for suspicious reasons.
