Do some colleges have their own entrance exams?

If so, which college with its own entrance exam is the most difficult to get into?

I mean do any schools have their own specialized exam that you must pass in order to be accepted?

Many schools look at criteria beyond the GPA and SAT, but I don't know of any schools which have their own entrance exams.

Yes. The Ivy League schools look for other criteria other than test scores to accept you, and it can be a subjective thing. No school is the "most difficult", but Harvard accepts less than 1% of applicants.
