actually and not being funny or vulgar but making love, I swear I tell my hubby that orgasms relieve pain in my body. I have chronic pain and take Vicodin and Percocet but the best pain relief comes from hubby's magic touch. everyone should try it.( not with my hubby though) LOL

That is not normal, your girlfriend needs to go to the doctor right away. Obviously something is seriously wrong with her body. On the other hand some women because of previous abuse will subcousnsiouly have such a strong reaction that they cannot or it will be painful, but there will be no underlying medical cause.

Good diet and exercise keeps me pretty healthy and no need for pain killers. I rarely ever have taken pain meds so I am not familiar with the name I was given after I had my wisdom teeth extracted.
