Well, I think that I may have to disagree just a little. Circumstances, cultures, religion, politics, and age can all play in to the things we have to live with. We are not always the final arbiter of the decisions we are sometimes forced to make. And also consider that youth and inexperience with false guidance from elders can trick us into making choices that we may come to regret. Some cultural and religious persecution can also cause one to make poor judgment calls, or make choices that are lose/lose either way.
Passions, greed, hatred, love, etc., certainly all figure into the conscious decisions we make, often times without truly considering the consequences of those decisions.
Remember this:
“Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” Maria Robinson.
Peace,
Buzzy

Sometimes you don't know the consequences until after you make the decision. The important thing is to learn from them and not make the same mistake twice.

That is why as you go on in life, you make less of those bad decisions that will come back and haunt you, and more good decision that have positive repercussions.

Your right, life is all about choices......
the choices we make and the consequences thereof....too bad we can't see into the future before we make certain decisions to know if they are the right decisions.
