I haven't been able to sleep tonight, and I really do not want to go to school tomorrow. I'm trying to find a way to get out of it, and the only way I can think of is period cramps. I've had really bad cramps before, and I missed school for it once,and I'm trying to think of what I did.
Everytime I sat down/stood up it hurt, and I was walking with my back bent a little,

but does anyone have any good tips?

Shame on you. Get up and go to school like a good girl.
If you lie by saying you are sick, God (or karma or whatever you choose to call it) will punish you by really giving you the illness you are faking.

Then when you really have period cramps next time, your mom won't believe you and you will have to go to school and suffer through it. You know, like the story of The Boy Who Cried Wolf?!

On the other hand, what if you miss school tomorrow and something really awesome happens and you miss it? What if the dreamy guy in 2nd period has been working up his nerve all week to ask you out or something?

Turn off your computer, go to bed, and make the best of school tomorrow--one day you will look back on these years with nostalgia (or with regret if you skip out on stuff that later you will wish you hadn't).

period cramping or medically termed as dysmenorrhea is pain experienced during menstruation which is brought about by the high levels of prostaglandin in your body.. regular exercise can help.. i've always had dysmenorrhea before & have a concern of being a little chubby, so i went exercising.. i had then felt that when i was exercising regularly, i wasn't been able to experience pain during my menstruation.. other means to manage this would be using heat pad across the abdomen, abdominal massage or hot bath or shower.. a medication called prostaglandin inhibitor best relieves dysmenorrhea because as what i have said before, high levels of prostaglandin is released during menstruation, so this medication blocks prostaglandin & gradually alleviates pain during mestruation...

roll up in a ball in your bed, use a heating pad or cold wash cloth whatever usually works for you. That's what I do when I get my period. Tell whoever that you don't want to school and that it hurts too bad just lay in bed and make your hair look like sh!t, act lazy. that should work:)
