I guess so....(but I will NEVER stop going after racists)..but sometimes these rap haters just piss me off..
shouldn't they be able to tell, at least from the WU-tang sign your not a rap hater....

I always laugh when people say one form of music or another is crap. Usually it is older people telling younger people that what they are listening to is junk / crap / not real music / noise.
But these people don't realize that their parents or other people older than them said the exact same thing about the music that was popular during their generation.
As for what is on the radio... Yes, I would agree that most of it is crap, regardless of whether it is rap, pop, rock, or whatever. If music companies really wanted to stop losing money they would quit selecting artists based on image, and instead promote artists based on their musical ability.
In today's music industry some of the greats like Billie Holiday, Dizzy Gillespie, and The Rolling Stones would not get record deals because (in all honesty) they are / were not "attractive" and that is what today's music industry is about.

Guess some ppl dont read...But I feel you...I say that whats play on the radio all the time is crap...Thats prolly where they are getting their arguement from anyways...But most arent giving rap a chance...they are writing the whole genre off from a straight ear hustle of what the media is saying...Half the ppl that say this dont/or havent heard a rap song before...They just say that as they jump on the bandwagon with the rest of the iggnants...lol So their isnt a chance of them dissin a real artist for real...y because they are closed minded

Most of the radio rap is crap, but there are some good artists on the radio, so when people say all rap is crap and have never heard Kanye West, Common, or Tupac, I think they are ignorant.

I actually enjoy ripping these idiots a new one, if you don't actaully listen to a genres best artists dont comment on it. So since they felt the need to comment, I feel the need to come out swinging, but I also tell them some real artists to check out. But I see ur point, cause radio rap is straight up crap.

I try hard not to get mad, but I get riled up whenever people on Yahoo Answers say stuff like "You can't spell crap without rap"
I know they're just judging radio rap, but they're generalizing rap as a whole and stating that ALL rap is bad when there's plenty of good rap out there

Lala Jay, I hear to genuinely each form of rock and steel. yet I nonetheless like some rap. the hot rap like lil wayne and all that **** is in simple terms terrible and actually demands genuinely no expertise. yet older rrap like infamous great and 2pac alongside with Eminem and different artists like that are very sturdy. they do no longer make up fake circumstances like various new rappers which comprise lil wayne and souljaboy( I nonetheless dont even no how the f*@% he even have been given well-liked yet besides).

I just kind of brush it off. I remember when I use to dislike hiphop and felt that just because I am a metalhead that I needed to limit myself. Now I like enjoying all types of music for different moods which includes hiphop. I realize that most people are going to think their musical taste is superior and people tend to get very cocky about their musical taste, whether they have good taste or not. Then again, who is to say what "good" taste is?
I am still a metalhead, primarily, but I now listen to pretty much everything. Except country, I really just can't get into country.

yeah the rap that is being played on the radio is really crap but the whole skool is the real hip hop that we all miss
