no, in the back of my mind i'm always worried about Y!A stalkers LOL........ but more seriously, my real life stalker(s) latching on as a contact to me and i don't pick up on it right away... ALTHOUGH i will say that, i am extremely instinctive... but sometimes it takes a little while longer to catch on to the game.
Seriously..... if you've ever been stalked IRL.... it'll do that to your way of thinking; and EVERYTHING that EVERYBODY does that is similar behaviour will bother you and cause you anxiety. I've tried pretending to be nuts and a wack-job so that they leave me alone lol ..... but it seems to encourage it further, AND it's very mentally exhausting, all that acting to be nuts. LOL if you act, you'll understand. It's draining, all that energy put into it. But the maefestation of stress of being stalked is very real. Somedays i can't deal at all. It sucks really bad.
Anyways, i only feel 'safe' around certain people OR atleast, in the respect of being very careful in who i choose/allow as contacts. I love my contacts. they rock my socks off; LOL. but seriously, i am careful in who i allow. But i am always worried when new fans sign on..... just because of gargabe that's happened. I'm sure you understand. If someone adds me, [becomes a fan] i do not add them as my own contact right away. It's more or less a few week waiting period; screening them to see if their trolls or stalkers ROFL. sad, i know!! ♥
It also gives me piece of mind to know that no one knows my screen name etc [not even close irl friends]. Last profile i had, some jerk found out ... IDK how, and the tormenting began. Not good. anyways, i think the answer is yes and no, depending. ♥
.... the trolls worry me though. *whispers* they're everywhere ROFL.

I feel relatively safe. I just try and avoid the people who are mean or creepy..lol...but over all it's a fun place.

Nothing Scary, but there are creepy Trolls crawling everywhere and I hate them.

Yahoo! Answers is a pretty safe place but something should be done about these unjustified suspension of accounts and about these nasty,slimy Trolls !

I was feeling safe, but shortly after you asked this question I got hate email from one of my contacts.
She gave me a pretty good answer to my question. But the best answer I picked made me laugh, so I felt better.
Anyway I removed her from my contact list. If she sends me any more hate email I guess I may have to block her.
