My favorite way at the moment is this- cut up white potato's in about 1/2 chunks, thickly slice vidalia onions and toss both in a baking pan with extra virgin olive oil and bake at 400 degrees until crispy brown. Stir them every 1/2 hour or so.
They are amazing and I can't make enough for my Dad, husband, 16 yr old and 3 yr old. This way seems to make everyone happy.

i love potatoes. i dont care how its made i just love potatoes. whats wierd is that 1 of mi nicknames is potatoe and i have no idea how it got started lol.
