my friend was just talking about suicide. he promised me he wouldnt. i mean, theres no way of me stopping him, but a promise is a promise. i was too busy putting up with this homophobe who was iming me to realize my friend had signed off msn five minutes ago, which was ten minutes after we last spoke.[now its about 20minutes since he left] without telling me he was going. i saw he was on myspace, but as i was leaving him a comment to call me, he signed off. i texted him and he didnt answer. he lives in a different state so i cant go there. and i dont know his house number. please help, or at least calm me down and to stop thinking irrationally. im about to breakdown...

I hope you can reach him. I tried suicide 3 yrs. ago and glad I didn't succeed. Hope he will be ok. and my prayers for you too.

he's ur best friend rite? a promise is a promise. if you're best friend is thinking of suicidal then you shouldn't breakdown..you need to be stronger..you need to show him that there is hope in his life...show that you care about his safety..and tell him if he suicides..then he can't go to heaven..despite if he doen't believe in God..after this life with pain and sorrow..there must be a place where there is an end to pain..if he threw his life away like that..then how can he go to the perfect place..the place where everyone is hoping for? if a friend is thinking of suiciding...then say everything you wanted to tell him..don't regret not telling him something...make sure..he's okay..and encourage him..hope you become stronger..

Ok .. I know you're worried .. and you scared ... but my dear, he's in another state .. there's nothing you can do right now ..
What you can do is, calm yourself .. and pray that he won't do anything stupid or something that he will regret later ..
ok dear ... go out .. meet some friends .. watch a movie .. by the time you come back to your place, I'm sure he's there waiting for your IM ... :)

Think about what your focus on life is and allow God to work in your heart and you will never go wrong. The answer is already in your heart. Why drag it along? A sincere relationship does not leave you with doubts,despair, hurt feelings.

dont listen to that jani person, she or he obviously doesn't care for others, people do care about stuff like this, its not a joke. So unless you have something to help our friend out over here, dont come here saying who cares, cause your a very cold person.
keep calling, if you know his last name, google him, you will find his home phone, dont stop calling, he needs to know that people care. Try and get a few other people to call him and text him, and tell him that people love him and care for him

You are not responsible for anything that your friend might do. Try to text him again, but if he does not respond, there is no reason to be upset. You have done the best that you can do. I hope everything will work out okay.

stay with him all night if you can, or call someone he needs to be watched because being alone is not what he needs right now. get off and go and find him, call friends that now him and ask them to help you, go now.

well just and pray this whole day that God will help realize you friend that life is still beautiful then contact the country emergency hotline number then tell them what your friend told you about his/her plan...

have you tried 911 ? but mostly in this kinda situations males harm theirselves and turn back to normal life and think how much they are stupid :)
