I just moved into a new property we have central ac and the heat is used by an apollo system I guess it uses the hot water heater to heat the house well I turned the two valves that say apollo on and still no heat if anyone knows anything about this system it would help I'm a single mom and I havent the slightest knowledge on heating and ac please help its cold in here!!

If the heating system is using water from a hot water tank to operate baseboard heaters, or something like that, I would think there should be a small pump somewhere in the line (usually in the return side) to circulate the water. This might be run off a thermostat. Are you sure the water tank is what is providing heat? See if you can find out where the heat would come from; if there are only air vents (no radiators, base board heaters) maybe your central air is actualy a heat pump system. Look on the air conditioner thermostat and see if there is a switch for "cool, off, heat" or something like that. If it is a rental unit, maybe one of the other tennents has the same system and knows how it works.
