Long enough? Not long enough? Just about right?

Is this his first offense?

Does he show remorse?

Many questions like this enter my mind. Those who think it isn't long enough should remember that he WILL have to live with the guilt for the rest of his life.

I personally believe that ALL who drink and drive should be required to work, in some way, with victims/survivors of victims of DUI crashes.

I have no clue as to who Lance Garrison is! Obviously he is famous! But he also killed another human being because he apparently chose to drink and drive. So my question is - what is a human being worth? Certainly more than four years in jail (and his sentence will probably be less with time off for good behavior)! NO they should throw the book at him. An eye for a eye - and I believe in capital punishment too! In my state 2nd degree murder would get you 10 years minimum! CJ

Personally not long enough..
I say this because he is getting off in four years but the other person is no longer here.. So after four years he is free.. how is that fair..
There is way too many people getting off way to easy lately and i hate it..
Call for a cab.. Call for a ride.. Its only a phone call..

How long did the dead person get??????? He should get the same there's no excuse for somebody having a good time and end up killing somebody!! Especially when designated drivers aren't that hard to get. But, as we all know when you offer to drive a drunk they will invariably so, "I CAN DRIVE!!!

Drunk driving is the most selfish of crimes.
Depends on if the punishment has the desired effect.

I do not know the details of the case, but I have no sympathy for any one convicted of drunken or drugged driving we all know the law and the often tragic results of driving under the influence, If you cant do the time don't do the crime.

The guy choose to drink and than drive. He should have to serve more time. I personally think that he is getting off very lightly because he is famous.
