The Freebirds and Von Erichs. They used to fight wars over this title in WCCW. Some of the best wrestling I have watched was over that belt.

World Class or NWA? I remember the Von Erichs and the Fabulous Freebirds feuding over the World Class 6 Man Tag Team Championship. The NWA had such six man champions as: Ivan Koloff, Nikita Koloff and Khrusher Khrushchev and The Road Warriors and Dusty Rhodes.

I actually remember this. I don't know if it was NWA, WCW, or both, but I do remember this. I can't name any particular champions, but it is logical to assume that the Freebirds held it at some point. I'm also thinking Nikita Koloff, Ivan Koloff, and Dusty Rhodes were champions, but I couldn't tell you who their partners were.

Rich, Morton, & JYD were the first in 1991 in WCW/NWA. Then Freebirds a few months later. After that, Dustin, Zenk, & Borne took them. Last to have them were Rich, Morton, & Taylor as the York Foundation.
