I am currently doing the long distance relationship thing..let me just say..IT SUCKS! We have been married for 13 years and he is in Iraq while I am holding down the fort in Cali....its very hard to keep that connection being so far apart but if you have a solid commitment you can make it work..while it is possible to have one..I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Hmm, it goes into depth, but to make it simple and sweet, it depends on the people involved, if they can handle that sort of relationship, as it's not easy.
For some, it's just not favourable, yet for others, absence makes their hearts grow fonder of each other (as the saying goes).

Distance doesn't matter if heart are closer. More the pangs of separation more closer the hearts. True love requires requires firm belief and loyalty.

Difficult to maintain over a long period of time. You simply learn to live your life apart and must be very committed to keeping the emotions alive and intact.
