Okay well my bed frame is missing one of the clamps that you put on it so that it stays together.

What is it really called and where can i get a new one?

You could try a used furniture store.
Or just buy a "C" clamp at the hardware store.

Bed store might have what you want, but I'd be willing to bet it would be cheaper to goto the hardware store.

Tell a sales person what you need it for... but look in the electrical, plumbing, and fastener sections.

You can always use a miniature C-clamp (metal), but I know there is a small clamp used on steel I-beams to hang things with too.

Go to a mattress store and ask for one.
