I love vegetables especially cucumbers. When my family is eating animals like hamburgers and stuff I get a bun and put all the veggies on it. It is so good, even better than animal burgers :D Awseome question Simon. Have a rockin weekend. Dont party too much~~~~~

Jeanette's Green Chili Rice Casserole
Description:
This is like chili rellenos using rice and cheese instead of eggs. It is delicious!
Ingredients:
5 cups steamed rice.
1/2 cup of melted butter/margarine
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup of milk
1 lb. grated Jack Cheese
1 large can of whole green chilis
Salt to taste
Paprika
Directions:
Mix rice, sour cream, milk, and butter. Remove seeds and veins from chilis. Layer the rice mixture, cheese and chilis alternately in a casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven until mixture bubbles, approximately 30 minutes.
Number Of Servings:Serves 6-8.
Preparation Time:40 minutes
