It works, and all are solid, classic names.
Alexandra is actually too overused for my taste -- as are all the literal Alex- names, though I do quite like Alastriona ;) -- but Louise is lovely. If the first name didn't already end in -a (or if you end up reconsidering), I'd suggest Louisa as a slightly better-sounding option next to the surname Rose. Only because of the similar ending sounds of Louise Rose. But it's still a beautiful choice. ;)

I think you should change the name.... Rose sounds like an old grandma name (no offense)... even if it is a last name. I would suggest...
Alexandra Brooke Rose
Alexandra Claire Rose
Alexandra Paige Rose
Alexandra Jenna Rose
these names also sound good if you switch the middle name to be the first name.

Very classy, however Louise sounds like a grandmother's name. How about Alexandra Renee Rose, Alexa Renee Rose, or Alexa Desiree Rose.

Louise is kind of old ladyish honestly. It's cool if you are naming your daughter after a family member though. Alexandra is a very beautiful name, common though.
