While that's not rape, it would fall into the category of sexual assault as forced sodomy. You're definitely within your rights to call the police, and I'd advise you to do so.

Most definitely! When someone forces you to do something sexually that you do not want to do, then this is Rape. What do you mean when you say, "kinda . . . "? This should be very clear. Just because you may not have been forced in a violent way, being made to feel guilty or coerced into doing something that you are uncomfortable with still constitutes rape. You need to: 1) Stay away from that person, 2) Tell someone you trust, 3) Never let anyone make you do something you are not comfortable doing. Stay away from situations where you might be in danger. Be safe.

What is "kinda" to you? Did he say things with his mouth to make you feel you had to and threaten you? That would be rape. If he forced you to then that would be rape. If he manipulated your mind with his words and begged you, that would not be considered rape. But he's a pig even if he did that to you. Bottom line: if you feel it's wrong, then it is. Personally if someone forced me to do that, I'd bite it hard, and then run. Like I said, if you feel he has crossed the line, don't let it go. Make a report and press charges. You could save someone else having to go through this, and you could get justice for him violating you. I wish you the best.

Either the did make you or they did not make you....you need to figure out, because there is no *kinda* in rape. If you were forced against your will to give oral sex, then it is rape, if you have been raped then you need to report it, but before you do that make sure you are being honest with yourself, because it is a very serious charge. If you are not sure then I would suggest you speak to somebody who you trust and is very stable and mature......it is a very serious either way. good luck.

Rape is any forced sexual act. Although some states may have different definitions so you would need to call the police department and tell them exactly what happened. You should not have to do anything sexually that you are uncomfortable with. Please talk to someone about your experience. If this individual is a significant other, please do not see them anymore. They do not have the right to do what they did to you.

Is sexual abuse, and you should ask for help, talk to a counselor even if you decide not to take legal accion, you really need to ask for professional help to get over it.

Use the Link to get the help and talk with someone about it, so it help you clear if it was or wasn't, they don't need to use physical force to be abuse, many times they use a ind of psichological way to force you, so don't feel bad or quilty, talk with a professional.

YES! It is.
It happened to me too but i kept it secret until about 3 months later and by then it was too late... he had moved states and they didnt have any evidence. And dont listen to the person that asked why didnt you bite him! When your in that kind of scare you dont think about biting them! you just want it to be over so he can leave and thats that!
you really DO need to report it though.
Im so sorry you had to go through this!

First of all dear, tell you parents. . . . .no matter how hard it may be, you will be glad you did. They will advise you from there as to what needs to be done. . . . .unless it was a family member and then they may not believe you in which case you should see the school counselor and seek help there.

Hell yes. If you didn't want to do it, then it's rape. If, however, you say "kinda" in front of a judge and jury, then you will be the one on trial. Make up your mind before you do ANYTHING, Defense attorneys love the unprepared mindset and so do rapists.

It isn't considered rape, it's considered sodomy (yes oral is in that category too, it isn't just anal) and is a felony.
