It's pretty much at the refs discretion. As long as they feel it's not excessive. Remember there's a 25 second play clock for that team to attempt the point after.

as long as you want, for five secs, and you don't use any props or NFL stuff, so that they don't fine you and stuff. Also just watch the referee, before he gets his hands to his whistle and is about to blow it, you stop so that he doesn't ding you several yards penalties for excessive celebration, or delay of game.

Hell, you can actually dance as long as you want as long as your teammates, coach, and everyone else, is OK with get delay of game penalty calls on them, like in the Georgia tech game.

The reefs usually give you about 20 to 25 seconds. Then they look and see if it is excessive. Give or take.
