x = h + r*cos(p)
y = k + r*sin(p)

are precisely what you're looking for. These are parametric equations for a circle whose center is at (h,k) and whose radius is r. The parameter p needs to range through 2π to draw the whole circle; so 0 ≤ p < 2π, or -π ≤ p < π for example.

genuinely the question is calling you in looking the x =? and y=? So for the 1st question you're able to easily plug in the values that they gave you for the circle x = h + r cos(?) , y = ok + r sin(?) ----> x = 2 + 7 cos(?) , y = 7 + 7 sin(?) and those are the parameters comparable factor for the 2nd: x = x1 + t(x2 ? x1), y = y1 + t(y2 ? y1) x = 0 + t(9 ? (0)), y = 0 + t(-4 ? 0) x = 9t, y = (-4)t those are the parameters wish this enables ^.^
