I loooove cupcakes. They should be fed to children in lieu of a nutritious lunch. Just imagine how much happier they would be at school! Happy workers are productive workers!!!

My feelings on cupcakes are very similar to my feelings when I'm on various other kinds of substances--once it kicks in, I usually feel great and it gets better and better for the first couple of hours. But there's a while there in the middle where it gets kinda tricky and bad things can happen if you're not prepared for the unexpected. On no condition should you answer the door during this phase! Don't even turn on the tv. If you're alone, just chill to some good music--mellow not harsh; Beatles not Zeppelin--then the last few hours or so, you can venture out, get some coffee, read the paper, etc. But it will be a while before you'll actually be able to sleep. Make sure you have the next day off.

They're too high in sugar and carbohydrates. Just one standard cupcake with icing is about 300-400 calories... I'll pass.

cupcakes are good. except for thoes you get from walmart or harmons with more frosting than cake.
