I think you must know what you really want to do. If you can work hard and bring up your grades, then you should stick with it. You're wasting a lot of money and time by dropping classes. However, if you know you are not motivated enough to do any better in the classes, then perhaps you should drop them. Don't lose your grades in the other two classes just trying to pull yourself out of the weeds in these two. Have you tried talking to your profs? Tried tutoring? Good luck.

Find out what your school's deadline is for dropping classes. It sounds like you still have time to raise your grades, but you will really have to work hard. Can you talk to your professor's and ask for extra credit? Can your professor recommend a tutor? If they know you are trying, they may give you a pity grade. Try putting together study groups, they really help when preparing for a test. You can quiz each other. Have someone critique your papers before you hand them in.
But, after the next test, if you are still failing, drop it. An F will really lower your GPA. Treat this like a learning experience. You messed up, so learn what you did wrong and don't do it again. Good luck!

If you haven't already tried tutoring then you should think about dropping those classes.
