No wearing an underwire bra, wireless bra, or anything else won't help with boob sagging:) Breast sagging occurs for many different reasons, one being age, weight gain, weight loss, breast feeding (well not really) Feeding doesn't sag the breast, but the weight of the breast as the milk fills in them. Gravity also pulls at them. The connective tissue is susceptible to gravity, but as you age, if no plastic surgery is done your breast will sag, flatten, the whole nine.

Wearing a good supportive bra will help prevent your BREASTS from sagging, whether it is underwire or not is a personal preference.
If you wear one to bed, make sure it is not too constricting as the girls need to breathe!

I'm not sure. I have D cups and mine has never seem to have lifted because of my bra, which does have an underwire..and yes I wear it to bed a lot too. I think it's just the weight of breasts that don't make them seem as perky.

I think so becasue they provide more support. And I also heard that wearing a bra to sleep also helps boobs from sagging.
