My speaker's cord was broken on the inside becaue it was bent so much. The cord was broken really near the connecter thing. (I have no idea what it's called. It's just like the connecter thing on a pair of headphones.) Is there anything I can do to fix it or do I have to buy a new pair of speakers?

This is very easy to fix. Go to Radio-Shack and they will help you. It's too in depth to explain here (because I'll lazy) , but easy enough that you can do it. You can buy the part there and rewire it yourself. :)

sorry, there's nothing you can do for the wire short of stripping the plastic cover off the wire and tying it back together.

if the wire is detachable, go to an electronics store and try to find a similar wire with the same ends, which would usually be cheaper than buying a whole new speaker system.
