The restaurant in the Tower of the Americas was taken over by the Landry's Seafood Chain and is now called the Chart House. They have online reservations. Here is their website:

US_DR_JR is right. It is now owned by Landry's and is Chart House Restaurant. You can call or get online to make reservations.

You can just show up but sometimes you will have to wait quite a while for a table that way. Particularly for dinner on the weekends.
If you like chocolate, you must try the Chocolate Souffle. It is so delicious! It takes 15 minutes to prepare, so order it a few minutes ahead of when you are finished with your meal.

Yes you can call them to reserve and I'm sure you can just show up and have lunch or dinner which ever you which. It rotates as you dine, a little dizzy at first but it is nice. And don't worry about the elevator thing, they changed contractors and supposedly its all fine now.Enjoy!

The Tower of the Americas has changed restaurants and is now a Landry's Steak House. You can still give them a call and make reservations.

The Tower of America? I guess look it up online or in the phone book and get their phone number. Call them up and see if they'll give you a reservation.
