Your first is a type of plantain (Plantago sp.). I wouldn't be able to tell you which one without seeing the leave or flowers. All that's shown in the photo is the mature seed spike: http://plants.usda.gov/java/profile?symbol=PLMA2 - this shows examples of the entire plant in one of the many species.

The other two photos aren't clear enough for me to make out what they might be.

Try your photos on a non glossy background or manual focus, your camera is focusing on a reflection or you're up too close. 1) is plantain RScott
