Your gf sounds like my ex bf who wanted me to call up my friends while having sex. I did it once because he was insisting and my friends never found out. I did not like it though. It's embarrassing.

Depends on how well she controls herself. If is really good at it, her friends won't know a thing. If you are really good at it they will totally know.
