I can't tell you where to buy it. I can tell you what to look for when you do buy one. There are a lot of used batteries on the web--and those sold after being "destroyed" due to a recall. Consider that batteries age just sitting on the shelf. Make sure the product date is current (at least this year) and the seller is reputable so you can take it back.

Dell thinks they are made from gold.
Ebay has used, old, and new batteries. u must be a careful buyer here but the price is right if u get unused ones that are not old.
